Jackson has had some behavioral issues surrounding bedtime, so we implemented a reward chart. The first month results are in! He made his goal every week and was really pleased with himself. Of course, we are so happy this is working out. He is able to name what prize he wants off of the list he came up with. He won ice skating, a hockey game, a carpet runner for his hockey stadium and hockey tape for his sticks. It really seemed to boost his self confidence and he looks forward to putting a sticker on every morning. Last months challenge was a 'good bedtime'. This months challenge is 'good decisions'.
Lots of changes in the Curran family lately, details to follow!!!

Easter 2013
This Easter bunny had a weird look on his face. Jack said he was a 'fake' Easter bunny.
What the 'real' Easter bunny left.
Hockey egg!
Inside egg search - it was pouring outside.
Just look at this precious face!
Still searching!
Counting his eggs to see how many he had left to find.
Close up of the 'fake' Easter Bunny.
We had a really nice Easter this year. Bill recently got a promotion and is now home on weekends so we get to spend more time together as a family. We dyed eggs, did egg hunts and also did a lot of snuggling. I had some mixed feelings, knowing this would be the last Easter Jackson would be the only child. Makes me happy to know that he will have a little sister soon to share things with, but still the attention will now be divided and it kind of made me sad. Since I have been pregnant, my experience has been that I am kind of an emotional wreck (at least this late in pregnancy). There is a Budweiser commercial out right now about a horse that makes me sob, so I can't really trust my emotions right now! Either way, we had a wonderful Easter and I feel so blessed to have shared it with my growing family :)
